Turfy is specifically designed and tested to work on artificial grass. While the formula is safe, we don't recommend using it on other surfaces like natural grass or indoor carpets, as it's optimised for the unique drainage and base layer of turf.

Our kits are designed to match your space. The Starter Pro kit, which comes with a massive 10L concentrate, will make enough solution to clean a very large area multiple times over. A little powder goes a long way!

Our general recommendation, would be to use the Starter Kit for smaller areas like a potty patch and the Mega Kit for areas larger than that.

Our sprayer isn’t designed to work like a pressure cleaner, it is to aid in spraying the formula. The goal is to evenly saturate the turf so the solution can drain down into the lower layers where urine build-up sits. For deeper odours, we recommend a heavier first application and allowing Turfy time to stay moist before hosing down afterwards.

Yes, for best results, our formula is designed to be applied with a hose sprayer. This ensures the solution fully saturates the turf and penetrates down to the base layer where the worst odours hide. You can also use a watering can but it won't be as effective.

Yes, after the formula has had time to do its work and air-dry and do its work, we recommend a quick rinse with a hose to wash away any remaining residue. Your turf will then be ready for play.

For maximum effectiveness, we recommend applying Turfy in the evening or on a cloudy day. This prevents the solution from drying out too quickly and gives our probiotics more time to  break down the source of the smell.

🤔 The truth is, there's no set schedule. How often you need to apply Turfy depends on a few things:

• Your climate: Hot, humid weather can make odours worse, so you might need to treat more often in the summer.
• Turf traffic: If you have multiple pets or a large one, you'll need to apply it more frequently than a family with just one small pet.
• Your turf: The quality of your artificial grass can also affect how often you need to clean it.
