By purchasing this insurance, you ensure that there won’t be any issues with receiving a refund or additional cost for a replacement order if any delays, loss, theft or damage does occur during delivery.

How does Turfy shipping insurance process refunds or reorders?-
Refunds: When refunding an item, we cover the subtotal, shipping, and taxes. Reorders: We will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability.
Unavailable items will be refunded. We will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping and taxes. In both cases, the Turfy Shipping Insurance cost will not be refunded.
